Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
At St Clare’s our staff faith formation plans propose a holistic Christ-centred understanding. It is a plan that is intentional, ongoing, and reflective. Faith formation at St Clare’s focuses on the growth of both the individual and the community through their shared lived experiences. We promote growth in spiritual awareness, theological understanding, vocational motivation and capabilities, and opportunities for mission and service in the world.
