St Clare’s College warmly welcomes our new Principal, Ms Ann Freeman.
An experienced educator with a passion for Catholic girls’ education, Ms Freeman is extremely excited to join St Clare’s College and encourage our students to be the girls and women we need in our world.
Acknowledging the wonderful work already done by former Principals and teachers at the College, Ms Freeman aims to continue to build on this tradition.
Her goal for St Clare’s College is “that every girl reaches her potential, no matter what that potential is and that she feels confident and supported by the College and everyone who works here. If nothing else, I hope that I can inspire young women to be leaders in whatever it is they want to do.”
Ms Freeman’s extensive experience across girls’ education sees her ready and excited to lead the St Clare’s College community into 2023 and beyond.
She aims to lead by example, encouraging our students to challenge themselves and give things a go, without fear of failure.
“My biggest achievements are to do with taking on new challenges and to show girls that we need to keep challenging ourselves and not worry about failing or not being perfect. We need to give things a go and “stretch and strive” for that next thing that we believe we can do.”
We look forward to moving forward as a College community under such encouraging and warm leadership.
